Each session is a live conference call. To listen to the live session at the time of the session call e-mail us and we will send you the live conference call number.

If you cannot participate during the live session you can either access the session on line

or you can call the direct call in line and listen to a recording of the session over the phone for up to 10 days or until the next session takes place.

We will e-mail you prior to a session after a session has been posted.
