Healing the pericardium and solar plexus. Locate your souls power and hold it. Transforming group grids on the planet. Reference point and locate your wisdom and knowing internally. Increasing your protection mechanisms. Being patient with yourself. Bringing all your gifts back into your field. Value your own gifts. Shifting the quantum consciousness. Activating the inner knowing within you. Link your awareness to that place. Tuning into the souls knowing in the belly. Shifting the fatigue and hopelessness by letting the mind move into a place of surrendering. All you can do is all you can do, and all you can do is enough. Moving into grace and right timing. Clearing the bitterness and conflict at the point where the soul meets your biology. Releasing the internal conflict. Letting go of irritation and frustration!!!
