The Journey Work with Aleya and gia The First Session in February Anchor in deeply and Listen from a new place of stillness and clarity. The Session: Putting into place a screen that helps us filter all the information and sounds so we are not overwhelmed. Accessing the higher inner self from deep within you, (below the belly button) in order to get the information that serves you. Shifting from accessing information mentally and from the heart to the place just below the umbilicus. Bringing your inner anchor into your core. Increase your inner knowing and inner strength. Connecting with the dolphins and receiving your own unique message in this new way of listening. Increasing your inner center and inner stillness. Increasing your energetic communication mechanisms. Stabilize the hara line. Lifting the sounds of static off your energy fields. Bringing in a new protection mechanism that protects from a place of enlightenment, empowerment, clarity and with compassion. Clearing the self doubt out of the solar plexus. Balancing the magnetic's from the moon and the Earth. Gathering love in your heart for Earth. Unplug fro the drama that is happening on the planet right now. Calming the heart.
